  • What is WIN Woman's mission?

    WIN Woman is the academy and community program associated with WIN Summit, LLC. Through world-class negotiation training, WIN (Women In Negotiation) empowers women to discover new ways to harness their unique strengths, elevate their skills, leverage their value, and better advocate for both themselves and their companies.

  • Is WIN a not-for-profit?

    WIN is a mission-driven for-profit organization. But we are excited to launch our non-for-profit arm, WIN Together in the winter of 2020. For more information about WIN Together, please visit www.wintogether.co

  • Can I opt-in to the WIN Woman content if I'm a man?

    Yes! At WIN, or goal is to help close the gender gap, not to exclude men. We welcome members of all gender identities and expressions.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    We are still a small and growing company but will offer discounts from time to time. Please subscribe to our newsletter to learn more about our latest offerings. If you are looking to purchase a membership package for your team, please contact our team at [email protected] for more information.

  • Is there a cancellation/refund policy?

    We have a limited refund policy. Once you access any of WIN's digital content that you purchase (courses and downloads), we will no longer be able to refund you for your purchase. As for our membership, once your subscription starts, you can't get a refund for any payments you've already made. If you don't want to subscribe anymore, you can cancel your subscription. You will still have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.

  • What resources does WIN have to help me learn?

    In addition to the courses hosted here, we recommend visiting the WIN Blog which features all of our articles and resources as well as insightful interviews and WIN Woman Spotlights. We update our blog each week. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media in order to stay up to date.

  • Does WIN offer continued education credits?

    Yes! A few of our courses are certified for CLE accreditation and most of our courses are SHRM recertification activities (PDCs). You can find which courses are approved for each of the above credits by going to All Courses and selecting either the SHRM Accredited or CLE Accredited tabs at the top of the page.

  • What is a "WIN Woman" and how do I become one?

    A WIN Woman is an ambitious woman who strives to accelerate her career and harness the power of negotiation through the cultivation of confidence, leadership prowess, and support of others. Anyone can be a WIN Woman - but to officially opt-in to the WIN Woman community, you will need to subscribe to our WIN Woman membership.

  • Who is the WIN Woman Membership for?

    The WIN Woman community and membership provides aspiring women leaders the platform to connect, empower each other, and learn the power of negotiation techniques. Whether you are a senior executive or fresh graduate, the WIN membership offers an array of valuable benefits to lift and promote a strong community of women leaders.

  • What is included in my membership?

    Designed to get more women in leadership roles and confident in negotiation strategies, our WIN Woman membership was designed with ease of access in mind. Through our integrative dashboard, you will have access to 1) All of WIN's previously recorded content plus discounted or comped access to new learning experiences; 2) Priority access to future events; 3) Monthly group coaching Q&A sessions with a negotiation expert; 4) Members-only networking events; 5) A Private Slack Community for crowdsourcing advice and collaborating with other WIN Women; 6) Members-only discounts for coaching, webinars, events, and partner products and services.

  • How can I access the WIN Woman Dashboard?

    Members can access the WIN Woman Dashboard by selecting the Sign In button in the top navigation bar and using the email and password you created when you signed up.

  • Is my information public?

    No, it is not. You must be a member and log in to the WIN Woman site in order to see any WIN Woman profile.

  • Does the membership include WIN event tickets?

    No, Summit tickets are not included, but members are given early access to purchase tickets for the Summit as well as discounts to other WIN events.

  • Does the dashboard include access to a job board?

    Currently, we have a members-driven job board. This means, our members can share career opportunities with other members with ease through our Slack Community.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Once your subscription starts you can't get a refund for any payments you've already made. If you do not want to subscribe anymore, you can cancel your subscription by signing in to your account > Select your name and profile in the top right corner > My Account > Billing > Under subscription, select Cancel. You will still have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.
